We truly enjoyed our trip that was custom tailored by Angelica at Rebecca Adventure travels. We started off with a tour of Quito and then on to Cotopaxi . The tour guides were good and very passionate but they are free lancers and do not work for the operator. So on both occasions we didn’t know to look for and neither did they. That detail needs to be polished a bit .

The boat that we took was the Archipell 1 The crew was friendly and accommodating but there were a few rough edges in the quality of the product they served . The wine and cocktails were subpar and at times the food lacked taste . But overall the crew did a good job . Our tour guide on the boat was very knowledgeable , with a background in Biology , of the wildlife of the Galapagos. Though at times the waves can become a bit choppy causing some nausea issues but the captain tries his best to find some calm waters in the bays to lessen the impact . The tour operator provides you a contact number through WhatsApp which is very convenient as logistic details arise you can get prompt answers. Overall it was a well organized trip and attention to detail was almost perfect . They were two occasions where we didn’t know what were getting into . I.e, the trip to Cotopaxi and Chilcabamba is a rocky road comprised of gravel and cobblestones for a good 40 minutes. This wasn’t articulated in the itinerary. Also the contact guides at the airport were not holding the signs with your name or the name of the boat . You had to look for them . But other than these minor issues but the customer service and the organization of the trip I would recommend this tour operator !
